The ISO 9001:2015 Certification is a standard certification that is used in industries for placement of an effective quality management system that helps in enhancing the quality of the products and manages the manufacturing process effectively to maximize profits. The ISO 9001:2015 Certificate is provided to the industries by the third party certification bodies that are approved by ISO to certify the industries after assessment of the system implemented in the premises. ISO 10002:2004 gives guidance on the procedure of complaints handling related to products within an organization, including planning, design, operation, preservation and development.
